This property holds a special place in my heart. When my client and his mother urgently needed a home, we discovered this fully renovated cottage with land off-market and facilitated the purchase for $1,075,000, providing them with the perfect sanctuary they needed at the time.

A few years later, due to health reasons, they needed to relocate. Understanding their situation, we listed their home and successfully sold it for $1,250,000—an appreciation of approximately 16.28% in just two years.
